David E. Gerner was licensed as an attorney in 1983 and established the law firm of Gerner & Kearns Co., L.P.A. in 1987. Mr. Gerner concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law and mortgage banking law, with an emphasis on title curative matters, title insurance, residential and commercial closings, commercial and banking litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, property management and REO transactions. Mr. Gerner has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Residential, Commercial, Business and Industrial real estate law.
