Gerner & Kearns, Co., L.P.A. (G&K) is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc D. Dietz as Associates in the firm’s Litigation, Default Services and Real Estate Practice Groups.
Dietz received his J.D. from Ohio State University in 1981 and is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio. With over twenty-five years of legal experience, and three years as the Chief Administrator, Hamilton County, Ohio Recorder, Dietz’s primary areas of practice will be in the firm’s litigation group where his extensive experience with litigation in multiple jurisdictions, both federal and state, from trial level to state Supreme Court, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, will enhance the firm’s quickly expanding litigation practice.
